Honda CR-V Featuring Well on Reliability Ratings

“Don’t get stuck this winter” is the Honda slogan for the CR-V and rightly so! In a recent article in MSN Cars, entitled Most and Least reliable used 4x4s and SUVs, Honda scored really high in the Most Reliable section, backing up the claim that the CR-V will get you through the tough winter weather. It rolled in at 3rd place on the list of most reliable 4x4s and SUVs, whilst the Honda HR-V claimed the hot spot, first place, making it the most reliable of all.

Factors accounted for include the reliability index rating as well as the average cost of repair. There were some shocking results with high contender names rating less reliable than anticipated by general assumption and high repair costs that would leave you well out of pocket.

The Honda stats show that the average cost of repair for the CR-V is only £254, with a reliability index rating of 21. The most reliable of all – the Honda HR-V had the least expensive average repair of only £213 and the reliability index rating right up there at 6.
